About this event
This four-session class is our Introduction to Sailing. The first session is dock talk about sailing theory, nomenclature, leaving/returning to the dock, harnessing the power of the wind, sailing angles, trimming, steering and safety on the water.
Then, for the next three sessions, you'll get out on the water aboard our volunteer boats to experience the joy of sailing for yourself and practice what you learned on the dock.
